AmseelCars processes personal data to handle rental requests, improve the website and meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal data.

Data we collect

Contact details from forms or WhatsApp: name, email, phone, rental dates, vehicle preferences and messages.

Technical browsing data (pages, device, language) via analytics tools when enabled.

Purposes

Process bookings and contact requests, provide customer follow-up, reduce spam/fraud, and analyse site usage.

Transactional emails related to a booking may be sent via our email provider (Resend).

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your request (pre-contract steps), our legitimate interest in securing the service, and consent where required for certain cookies/measurement.

We keep data only as long as needed for the commercial relationship and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Sharing and security

Access is limited to the AmseelCars team and necessary technical providers (hosting, email, maps, admin auth).
