Rental terms

These terms summarise AmseelCars’ main rental rules in Agadir. Always confirm vehicle, dates and inclusions on WhatsApp before pickup.
Who can rent
The main driver must be at least 21 and hold a valid driving licence for at least one year.
A passport or national ID is required at handover. An additional driver may be added subject to availability and prior approval.
Minimum rental length
The minimum rental period is 3 days. Rentals shorter than 3 days are not accepted.
Duration is calculated from the confirmed pickup and return dates.
Booking and payment
Book mainly via WhatsApp (+212 662 500 181) or the website form. You can also email amseelcars5@gmail.com.
Price depends on vehicle, season and length. What is included (mileage, basic cover, extras) is confirmed before you book.
Pickup and return
Handover is available at the office (Immeuble Sinwan, ground floor, Agadir 80000), Agadir-Al Massira Airport (AGA), hotel or city centre by arrangement.
Vehicle condition is checked at pickup and return. Report any existing damage immediately at handover.
Fuel, care and use
Unless stated otherwise, fuel policy is full-to-full. Return the car in reasonable cleanliness.
Personal/tourist use only. No subletting, no leaving Morocco without written approval, and no use outside agreed conditions.
Assistance and cancellation
24/7 WhatsApp assistance is available for rental emergencies.
Cancellation or change rules depend on timing and vehicle; they are confirmed at booking.
